The City of Evansville Police Department personnel recognize itself as a professional agency. The Department is dedicated to providing the public with the highest quality service possible. This is accomplished through a positive attitude, good public relations, knowledge, training, education, and enforcement.
In 2014, the Evansville police department earned accreditation through the 3 year accreditation process of the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Accreditation Group (WILEAG).
