The City of Evansville is considering construction of a new pool.  Please review the three draft concepts and rate what features your prefer in the Polco survey below.


Aquatic Center Construction Design Survey


*The City of Evansville is seeking public input on current ideas, initiatives, and issues facing the City using Polco, a Wisconsin-based civic participation technology platform. Polco helps Evansville officials present questions and background information to citizens and generate organized input to inform local policy decisions. Polco is committed to a strict privacy policy where they only share aggregated de-identified results. Participant detailed data and votes are never shared.


Veteran's Memorial Aquatic Center

The Evansville swimming pool is open to the public during the summer months, fully equipped with locker rooms, showers, highly-trained lifeguards, a zero-depth entry area for young children and inexperienced swimmers, tubes, a diving board, and two slides. A special section for lap-swimming is available. Concessions and refreshments are available at the park store, located next to the pool. At various times throughout the summer, special events are held at the Veteran's Memorial Aquatic Center Pool, located at 360 Burr W Jones Circle in Evansville.

Season Passes

Season passes are sold at the Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center during the season. Proof of residency may be required. To download a Registration form and view season rates click here

Swimming Lessons

The Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center offers a variety of swim lessons for all ages and abilities.

The Common Council of the City of Evansville currently has one (1) Council member seat open in District #1 due to resignation and one (1) Council member seat vacating in District #3 on May 15th, 2020. In an effort to move forward with a full eight (8) member council, it has been determined that the vacant seats will be filled by appointment in accordance with WI State Statutes.
