The Evansville School District serves approximately
1,830 students (Jan. 2007) from the City of Evansville and surrounding
townships of Magnolia, Union, Rutland, Brooklyn, Janesville,
Center, and Porter. Student
performance based on state assessments are at or above the
State of Wisconsin averages.
The School Board and Administrative staff
are committed to focusing on long range planning, particularly
related to assessment, curriculum, and instruction to increase
the preparedness of our future citizens.
The Field House and Community Room
are school district facilities heavily used by the community.
For example, the Community Room is the site of nutrition
program for senior citizens and is the election polling
location for the City of Evansville. Directions:
To get to the Field House or Community Room, from W. Main
St., go south on on S. 2nd St., then turn right on Fair
St., go past Longfield St. and turn into the first parking
lot on the right. Enter through the doors at the east
