Building Inspector/Code Enforcement (Full-time) - The City of Evansville is accepting applications for the position of Building Inspector/ Code Enforcement. This position conducts inspections of buildings, structures, waters and land to determine compliance with all provisions of the Codes. This position will also investigate the condition of properties for code compliance. Qualified candidates will possess at minimum credentials in UDC Construction with the ability to obtain within 1 year of start of employment: UDC electric; UDC plumbing; UDC HVAC; and soil erosion credentials. Starting wage is $24 an hour. Public Works Seasonal Labor (Full-time) - The City of Evansville is accepting applications for season help mowing, weed eating and maintaining City grounds in the cemetery, parks, and other municipal locations.  Must be 18 years or older.  Starting wage is $10 an hour.  This position will start in early June and continue until late August approximately.  Return applications to City Hall at 31 S. Aquatics Seasonal Labor - The City of Evansville is accepting applications for the 2017 Aquatic Center season.  We are looking for Life Guards, Store Clerks and Assistant Director. Age restrictions may apply to different positions.  Pay is based on duties and experience.    Return applications to City Hall at 31 S.
