Renewable Energy Program
 Under
the Renewable Energy Program and the Green Power for Business Program,
blocks of renewable energy equivalent to 300 kWh of electricity may be
purchased for $3.00 each. The funds from the sale of renewable
energy are used to invest in renewable energy installations and to
promote renewable energy use. Purchases of renewable energy
blocks ensure that more energy is supplied to the power grid from
renewable resources such as wind, biogas, and solar power.
