Construction on Madison Street (TH 213) is scheduled to begin the week of March 31, weather permitting.

Cross streets will be accessible to local traffic.  Through traffic will be detoured.

The construction is comprised of two separate contracts.

The first is for underground utility work.  The City of Evansville has hired G. Fox & Son of Janesville under this contract.  Work will begin March 31 and continue through June 7.

The second is for the street surface.  The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has hired Payne & Dolan of Madison under this contract.  Work is scheduled to begin June 9 and continue through the summer.
